In order to deeply explore the development of China's agricultural machinery industry and actively help China build an agricultural power, the annual meeting of the "China Agricultural Machinery Entrepreneurs Summit" was held in Hangzhou from February 25 to 26. Chen Zhi, President of China Association of Agricultural Machinery Industry, Ning Xuegui, Executive Vice President and Secretary-General, China Yituo, Weichai Lovol and other 11 members of the Summit and the heads of invited units such as Kelece, Dongfeng Jingguan, Yuchai Shares, etc. attended the meeting. Cui Mingming, Deputy Director of the Mobile Source Division of the Atmospheric Department of the Ministry of Ecological Environment, and Wang Mingda, Deputy Director of the Compliance Management Research Office of the Vehicle Emission Monitoring Center of the Ministry of Ecological Environment, were invited to attend the meeting. The meeting was chaired by Xuan Bihua, secretary general of the China Agricultural Machinery Entrepreneurs Summit and chairman of Changzhou Dongfeng Agricultural Machinery Group.

In his speech, Deputy Director Cui Mingming proposed that the Ministry of Ecology and Environment would consult with the Department of Agricultural Mechanization of the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Affairs for many times on regulatory issues of concern to the industry, and all ministries and commissions would coordinate, deploy and arrange special actions to strengthen supervision, support the Association to play a leading role in the industry, and advocate industrial enterprises to actively develop and produce the fourth national product through positive guidance and negative case warning; At the same time, she also explained the issues such as the emission standard of the whole life cycle of the product and the regulation of oil products.

Wang Mingda, deputy director, proposed that according to the provisions of the atmospheric law, if the user uses unqualified oil products and causes the emission to fail to meet the standard, the responsible subject is the user; At the same time, the provisions mentioned in the fourth national regulation that enterprises should be punished if the emission of the fourth national product does not meet the standard will give enterprises the opportunity to recall the unqualified products in the actual implementation; He hoped that the Association could take the lead in summarizing some opinions on the standard of remote location upload and then give feedback to VECC.

Delegates at the meeting respectively discussed the high-quality development of China's agricultural mechanization and the upgrading of agricultural machinery industry, the four-emission upgrading of agricultural machinery industry, the operation of agricultural machinery industry at home and abroad, the "double-carbon" work of agricultural machinery industry, and the statistical work of agricultural machinery industry data. Finally, the annual work summary of the Agricultural Machinery Entrepreneurs Summit was carried out, and the work plan for 2023 was also studied.

In his concluding remarks, President Chen Zhi pointed out that when the China Agricultural Machinery Entrepreneurs Summit was established in 2014, it was proposed that the Summit should jointly build a platform for friendly and mutual assistance among member enterprises, fulfill social responsibilities, improve the overall level of small and medium-sized enterprises in the industry, and jointly maintain a legal, fair, fair, healthy and orderly agricultural machinery market competition order; In the eight years since the establishment of the Summit, the member units of the Summit have not only implemented the purpose of the Summit when it was established, but also played a greater role in the public welfare undertakings of the industry. The member units have done a lot of work in the fields of industry data exchange, industry public service donations, poverty alleviation and disaster relief. He hoped that the platform of the Agricultural Machinery Entrepreneurs Summit would play a greater role in the future, strengthen cooperation among member enterprises, lead the industry to standardize operation, strive to build a century-old enterprise, and contribute more to the healthy development of China's agricultural machinery industry.
